Технология Wi-Charge превратит комнату в беспроводное зарядное устройство
Все мы давно привыкли к тому, что при активном использовании мобильные устройства нужно заряжать два, а то и три раза в день. На помощь приходят портативные аккумуляторы, но это не отменяет факта постоянных «походов к розетке». Изменить все может технология под названием Wi-Charge, которая способна превратить целое помещение в одну большую беспроводную «зарядку», что избавит от так надоевших проводов.
Стоит заметить, что в технологии Wi-Charge беспроводное зарядное устройство крепится на потолке помещения, позволяя заряжать батарею в любом месте этой комнаты. В Wi-Charge используется принцип, очень похожий на уже известную индукционную зарядку, но ей, в отличие от Wi-Charge, необходим плотный контакт телефона с базой.
Компания-разработчик технологии Wi-Charge при создании своих устройств учла тот факт, что разные батареи имеют разную емкость и, соответственно, заряжаются по-разному. Поэтому существует несколько вариантов работы: Light рассчитан на быструю подзарядку батарей мобильных телефонов в области одного рабочего места. Последний способ зарядки, Rayo, самый мощный, способен обеспечить энергией помещение площадью до 25 квадратных метров и может заряжать даже планшеты.
На данный момент технология Wi-Charge проходит необходимые этапы тестирования для того, чтобы выявить недостатки технологии, а также узнать о том, как она может (и может ли вообще) повлиять на здоровье человека.
