Просто помахать руками не поможет, стоит размяться грифом, потом поставить несколько блинов, общий вес которых будет 30% от вашего рабочего веса. Потом ещё несколько до 50%. После этого можно уже ставить тот вес, которым вы качаетесь. Ведь без разминки у вас ниже работоспособность, выше шанс получения травмы. Работоспособность повышается на 30– 50% при хорошей разминке, из этого выплывает, что если вы работаете в зале без первичной подготовки, то в конце 3–4 подхода на штанге, ваши мышцы войдут в рабочее состояние, тем самым начнут расти. Но когда вы почти закончили основные подходы на штанге, то последующее занятие почти бесполезно.
Неправильное питание
Данный фактор важен, если вы хотите непросто нарастить мышечную массу, а сделать это правильно, ответственно и красиво. Чтобы тело было более красивое стоит следить за своим питанием. Убрать множество продуктов, которые для вас не подходят по своим качествам. Питаться меньшими порциями, но чаще, не есть за полтора часа до занятия спортом и после. Не принимать спиртное, не курить. Самое плохое для спорта — наркотики, но об этом чуть позже.
Отсутствие страховки
Каждый человек в процессе занятия спортом будет достигать новых высот и высших весов. Когда такой момент настаёт надо на полном серьёзе к нему отнестись. Вплоть до того, что не стоит в одиночку снимать штангу со стоек, пусть кто-либо подстрахует, увеличьте перерыв между подходами, чтобы мышцы успели налиться кровью и восстановится к следующему.
Вредные привычки
И последним пунктом по списку, но не по важности является фактор вредных привычек. Спросив у любого спортсмена, каждый даст один ответ: спорт и вредные привычки — вещи несовместимые. Курение, убивает ваши лёгкие, алкоголь убивает мозг и заставляет мышцы расти медленнее. Наркотики убивают вас напрямую без каких-либо признаков. Особо сильные наркотики могут заставить вас гнить заживо.
